3 Topics I Am Exploring In My Life Right Now

There are 3 topics I am actively thinking about a lot these days:

Topic #1: Stoicism

I am interested in stoicism and self-mastery because our world needs more of it.

I find our society too polarizing, with people who are not in control of their desires and emotions, and expect life to always be easy and challenge-free. I wish to continue learning and growing in self-mastery to be an example for my two sons.

Topic #2: Medical marketing and personal brand building for doctors

I first got interested in personal branding a few years ago.

At the time I was at the helm of one of the premiere stem cell treatment centers in the Americas yet we were struggling to get people to choose us over our competitors. This led me to a mentor who taught me about sales, marketing, and personal branding and I fell in love with it. So much so, I left clinical medicine to mentor other doctors to do the same.

Topic #3: Content creation

I also have an interest in sharing more about my own journey as a content creator.

I’m far from an expert, yet I know it’s an area I’ve grown a lot in over the past 18 months or so. I’ve learned several strategies, tactics, and tools. And I’ve made all the mistakes. Yet I keep coming back because my message has helped those it has reached.
