I love helping other doctors set systems in place to market their practice.

And since I love automating and simplifying processes as much as humanly possible, I have a handful of tools I use over and over again. They have become part of my daily habit, and I recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Here are my favorite tools to market (and manage!) a medical practice:

  1. Ontraport: Imagine being able to host your entire website, marketing funnels, email auto-responder, newsletter, payment gateways, marketing analytics, and a long list of etceteras in a single place. Got it? You're thinking of Ontraport.
Want to take it out for a spin, preloaded with my own email nurture sequences and templates? Use this link and sign up for a trial.
  2. Socialbee: It's an omnichannel social media marketing platform that lets you set it and forget it. I have it set up to grab new podcast episodes and Medium articles and put them in a queue to share to my other channels. I use it to schedule my LinkedIn (personal and company updates), Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (personal and business profiles). Use this link for an extended trial.
  3. SmartSuite: Over the years I've used every single task and project management app. From Todoist to Asana, Trello, Monday and more recently Clickup. They all fall behind SmartSuite. It's powerful, customizable, and easy to learn and implement. Your team will be up and running in a few days. Again, use this link for a free trial and personal onboarding from their team.

Haver you used or heard of any of these tools? Give them a go and let me know what you think!

And yes, all of the links I shared above are affiliate links. Which means I get either a referral fee or in-app credits if you end up signing up for the service beyond the trial.
