Actionable Steps:

  1. Move more. Find out one or two movement activities that you really enjoy.
  2. Figure out a way to add some sort of resistance training into your life to add physical capacity and maintain muscle.
  3. Get a personal trainer at least for two or three sessions, once or twice a year, to get feedback on your workouts and get a personalized plan.
