There’s three main areas of health:
Structural Health – If your body isn’t structurally stable -just like a building-, if there’s foundation shifts the building is going to break down fast.
Functional Health – This has to do with movement and exercise. Staying active. Take breaks from sitting down, get up and move a bit regularly.
Biochemical Health – Diet, hydration, supplementation.
