- Set your goals and make sure they’re specific. The most common mistake people make when setting health goals is that they lack specificity.
- When you have breakfast in the morning, make sure to prepare a healthy snack which you will eat at some point between lunch and dinner.
- Create a baseline for your progress. Eat 5-7 days of very standard meals, where you can get their entire nutritional profile (calories, macros, etc) and see how your body feels and responds. If you get positive results, don’t change anything until you plateau.
